Shop Policies

These are shop policies for Art By Gaoshua. Please email artbygaoshua@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Refunds

Due to the nature of my items, all sales are final. Items cannot be returned or refunded unless the items were damaged during shipping or you received the wrong items. Please look over your items after you receive them and email me within 2 days if there's an issue with your order.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please email me as soon as possible. I cannot cancel an order if it's already shipped.

Shipping

I carefully pack all items by hand from my home in Minnesota and have them shipped via USPS. Most orders will have tracking information unless they are sent as a letter in a regular envelope.

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. Art prints that are made to order will take 2 to 3 weeks to ship after the purchase date.

Most orders will be shipped via USPS. Some items may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

After packages are with the delivery or shipping service, I am not responsible for its handling. Please look over your items after you receive them and email me within 2 days if there's an issue with your order.

U.S. Shipping

Free standard U.S. shipping is available on orders of $60 or more.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to countries that USPS currently ships to. See a list of countries where there are service delays or suspension by USPS.

Note: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, fees, and taxes that may apply. Please check your local government for these costs.

Damaged Items

Please look over your items after you receive them and email me within 2 days if there's an issue with your order. If you receive items that were damaged during shipping, please email me with a description and photos of the damaged items. I will review your email and photos, and I will work with you to either refund your order in full or ship you a replacement, if available, at no extra charge.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If an item is missing or you receive incorrect items, please email me as soon as possible so I can ship the missing or correct items to you at no extra charge.

Returned Packages

If packages are returned to me due to an incorrect mailing address you provided or an incorrect delivery by the postal service, you are responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the items to your correct address. Or, you may request a refund if you no longer want the items.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking is available, please track your items and retrieve them promptly. Sometimes, packages could be delivered to a neighbor by accident. If you cannot find your package, please check with your neighbors or those living with you if they retrieved it for you. 

If you still cannot find your delivered package, please contact the post office or delivery service for help to locate it.

Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds for any lost or stolen packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the post office or delivery service. You will have to reorder the items from my shop, if they're available.

To help prevent package theft, consider having packages delivered to your workplace or another more secure location, if possible. For a small additional cost, you may request adding shipping insurance or requiring a signature upon delivery. Please email me to request this.
